Ⅰ.Scope of Application

For spin-on oil filter air tightness test.

Ⅱ.Equipment Features

1. Feeding sorting, robotic clamping, turning into water testing, robotic dismantling, finished product output, fully automatic without manual operation.

2.NG rejection: manually observe the product into the water after leakage, if abnormal manually give a signal to the station equipment automatically kick out defective products.

3. Product clamping fixture: customised according to product size, can be easily replaced.

4. Product clamping mode: fully automatic robot clamping, one time clamping 8pcs.

5. Change time: no diameter change, only thread change, less than 5 minutes; diameter change + thread change, less than 10 minutes.
