Filter paper is the core component of filtration equipment, and its performance directly affects the operating efficiency and service life of equipment such as engines and hydraulic systems.
All the wood pulp used in the filter paper produced by our company is imported special wood pulp, mainly imported from countries such as the United States, Brazil, Chile, and Austria. The adhesive used is mainly from BASF in Germany and China National Chemical Corporation (a listed company in China).
Application of Filter Paper
1.Automotive engine protection: The oil filter paper has a metal debris retention efficiency of 65%, which can reduce the pollution index of new engine oil by 47%.
2.Hydraulic system filtration: The hydraulic oil filter element using glass fiber filter paper has a filtration accuracy of 10 μ m, effectively extending the service life of the equipment.
3.Air purification system: Dry air filter paper can intercept particles larger than 20 μ m, and the porosity of filter paper for hybrid vehicles is increased by 15%.
How to Choose Suitable Filter Paper?
Ⅰ. Sealing performance: High quality products have neatly cut edges without burrs, and the uniformity error of colloid filling is less than 5%.
Ⅱ. Weight comparison: The weight difference of the same specification filter reflects the difference in materials used, and the durability of the metal end cap structure is 40% higher than that of the paper structure.
