1. The baffle plate of the air filter must not be rusted or deformed. If the inclination angle is 30-45°, if it is too small, the resistance will increase and it will affect the air intake. If the angle is too large, the airflow rotation will be weakened and the separation performance will be reduced. And the paint on the blade surface cannot be peeled off to prevent oxidation particles from entering the cylinder. The direction of the dust exhaust port shall be based on the direction in which dust particles can be discharged.
2. Clean the ventilated mesh. If there is a dust cup, it needs to be cleaned in time. The dust particles cannot exceed one-third of the height, and the mouth of the dust cup must be tightly sealed.
3. The oil level height of the fine filter should comply with the regulations. If it is too high, the oil will enter the cylinder and carbon deposits will occur. If it is too low, the filtration effect will be reduced and wear will be accelerated.
4. If the metal mesh (wire) in the fine filter is used instead, the diameter of the holes or wires should be small and cannot be increased, and the filling volume cannot be reduced, otherwise the filtration effect will be reduced.
5. There should be no air leakage in the air intake pipeline. Oil change and cleaning should be carried out in a dust-free and windless environment. Use high-pressure air to blow the filter screen in an environment with low humidity. The blowing direction must be opposite to the direction in which the air enters the filter screen. During installation, The pleat directions of adjacent filters should cross each other.
